The athlete will soon reach the point of acquiring the capability to play.

Coaches must be knowledgeable and experienced in the fitness field to design and provide suitable programs for athletes. These coaches can be found in sports facilities and fitness camps.

Fully body strength exercises are also important. Adding conditioning work is optional in this case. Programs must be safe and effective to avoid causing injuries and early burnout.
